Witteman Automotive BV respects your privacy and handles your personal data with care. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we retain it, and what rights you have.

We are the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What personal data do we process?
We only process personal data when you contact us through:
- the contact form on our website
- the appointment form
- email or phone
The data we receive includes:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- The content of your message or enquiry
- Preferred appointment date and time (for appointment requests)
We do not collect special categories of personal data (such as health data, national ID numbers or financial data).
3. Why do we process your data?

We do not use your data for profiling, automated decision-making or direct marketing.
4. How long do we retain your data?
- Contact messages and appointment requests: maximum 12 months after handling
- Accounting records (where applicable): 7 years under statutory retention obligations
5. Do we share your data with third parties?
We never sell your data. We use the following processors, with whom we have entered into a data processing agreement or who operate under an adequacy decision:
- Supabase Inc.(USA) — secure database storage of form data. Transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) under GDPR art. 46.
- Cloudflare Inc.(USA) — website hosting and CDN. Transfer is based on SCC.
Beyond the above processors, we only share your data when legally required (e.g. at the request of law enforcement).
6. Cookies
Our website uses functional cookies only. These cookies are strictly necessary for the website to work and do not require consent under Dutch telecommunications law (Telecommunicatiewet).

7. Security

- Rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — you may ask us to delete your data
- Restriction — you may ask us to restrict processing
- Objection — you may object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Portability — you may request your data in a commonly-used format
